At Michael Stars, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at a designated location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
